HOW DOES IT WORK ?
Lead-acid batteries function based on an electrochemical process. As the process deteriorates, batteries die. This deterioration is mostly caused by hard sulfation buildup. Soft sulfation is a natural part of the cycling process. Hard sulfation, however, removes active material from the process and crystallizes it on the battery plates. The PowerJockey® is a proprietary process that defeats hard sulfation buildup so your charger can fill the battery faster and fuller using less energy, no matter what kind of charger you have. Once installed, all models work automatically. No new procedures. No personnel training. There are several models, each designed and priced for the intended application:

120 Series
Designed for equipment powered by 24vdc, 36vdc and 48vdc batteries or battery configurations in either onboard or external charging applications. This series is limited to 120vac input power.
- Model PJ-120-24 works on 24vdc batteries and battery configurations.
- Model PJ-120-48 works on 36vdc and 48vdc batteries and battery configurations.
Typical uses are: utility carts, golf cars, electric ATVs, scissor lifts, walk-behind pallet jacks, etc.
240 Series
Designed for equipment powered from 24vdc to 80vdc. This series is compatible with a universal ac input for 120vac, 240vac or 480vac.
- Model PJ-240-24 limited to 24vdc batteries and battery configurations.
- Model PJ-240-48 works on 24vdc, 36vdc and 48vdc batteries and battery configurations.
- Model PJ-240-80 works on 72 vdc and 80 vdc batteries and battery configurations
Typical uses are: electric three and four-wheeled trucks, pallet trucks, electric tow tractors, reach trucks, order pickers, walkie stackers, etc.
